Equifax Scam - we received an inquiry about a fax document that comes in from Equifax Credit Information Services - Government Division saying that you recently registered as a prospective customer for procurements issued by the U.S. Federal Government and asks you to fill out a form to release your financial information. We contacted Equifax and they indicated this is a scam. They have not posted anything on their website. Please ignore any requests to release your financial information to anyone.
