This seminar provides an overview of the, “who, what and where” of bidding on State and municipal contracts. The topics include necessary registrations, various prequalification processes, set-aside programs, surety issues, understanding the State’s bid portal, and reviewing various bid formats. The seminar also separates federal requirements from state regulations. The program is designed to be interactive so that all questions are welcome. Brien Robertson, Director of Procurement Technical Assistance Program, will lead this seminar.

The seminar will be held in Room AST D-219. Enter through the main entrance (by the large tower). Once inside, go up to the second floor. The room is in building D. All the buildings are connected and identified by letters (A,B,C,D) and attached via double doorways. D-219 is in a side hallway off of the main hallway/corridor.
