This seminar provides an overview of the, “who, what and where” of bidding on State and municipal contracts. The topics include necessary registrations, various prequalification processes, set-aside programs, surety issues, understanding the State’s bid portal, and reviewing various bid formats. The seminar also separates federal requirements from state regulations. The program is designed to be interactive so that all questions are welcome. Brien Robertson, Director of Procurement Technical Assistance Program, will lead this seminar.
