From Hartford

Follow signs to Interstate 91 South. Take I-91 South to I-84 East - Exit 30 (LEFT EXIT - SHARP TURN!) You will be in the extreme right lane. Immediately move left one lane and take the exit for Route 2 East. Follow Route 2 East to Route 11 - Exit 19.

Route 11 ends at Exit 4 – At the stop sign, take a left onto Route 82 and proceed to the traffic light at Salem Four Corners. Take a right onto Route 85 South. Follow Route 85 South for approximately 10-12 miles. When you pass the Crystal Mall on the right, you will see signs for I-95. Take I-95 North. (This is a left entrance on to the highway.)

Take Exit 83 - “Downtown New London”. Go straight through the first traffic light at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Huntington Street. At the third traffic light, take a left onto Governor Winthrop Boulevard. Our offices are in the New London Exchange Building, which also houses the ISAAC School, on the right hand side of the street at the corner of Meridian Street and Governor Winthrop Boulevard. The Radisson Hotel is directly across the street.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The public parking garage ($10.00 fee) is on the right hand side just past the building. Two hour on street parking is sometimes available in front of or on the sides of the building. The area is actively ticketed.

The entrance is at the rear of the building through the main floor of the ISAAC School. You are required to sign in. The ISAAC School office is to the right. Please let them know you are here for a meeting at the SECTER offices. Please sign in. Do not use the ISAAC School restrooms. You are required to use the elevator which is located straight ahead. We are located on the fourth floor. If school is not in session and the door is locked, please use the intercom located at the left side of the door.
