From the Southeast:

 

Take Connecticut State Route #2 to 2 West, Downtown Hartford and proceed over the Founder's Bridge. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn left onto Charter Oak Avenue. Take next left onto Prospect Street and turn left into first driveway into parking lot as parking is behind the building. The office is located on the second floor of the three story red brick building at 330 Main Street.  

There is no designated parking for CT PTAP; however you may use any vacant SBA Visitor Parking spot. You may enter the building from the parking area and take the elevator to the First Floor.  Security Personnel ask that you sign in and out of the building. After you sign in, take the elevator to the Second Floor. Turn right out of the Elevators to the SBA Office.  Ask the receptionist to direct you to the CT PTAP Office.
